ABOUT THE PHOTOGRAPHER

As weddings are very singular, dramatic as well as expensive events, Roland sees to it that he has complete data on the couple's plans, from the church and reception venue decorations, accessories, caterers, wedding car, hotel accommodations - he absorbs them all and integrates them into his shooting plan, taking note of the weather, lighting conditions, available props, colors, church regulations on photography, exact timelines, the works...
From his technique of intensive pre-planning, Roland's pre-nup shots lend a very dramatic and often heartwarming atmosphere on the venue and the guests. His pre-nup slide show opens the whole audience to the wonderful reality that their friend had truly found a soulmate to cherish - for richer or poorer, in sickness and health, forever.
When he starts the pre-nup slide show, you can really see the glee, the happiness, the amusement, the kilig, the giggly wonderment of the guests. To see that fabulous effect on the guests is simply amazing. The pre-nup shot is both a very personal testament to the newlywed's love for each other, as well as an announcement to the world that they were now a couple. It's fine art photography at its finest!
